More time is needed before Choi Jun-yong (SK) returns. KGC campaign is also absent.
Seoul SK will have a 2022-2023 SKT A-Dot Pro Basketball regular league home game against Anyang KGC at Jamsil Student Gymnasium on the 19th.
Choi Jun-yong 온라인바카라 suffered a bruise on his left heel in a home game against Daegu Korea Gas Corporation on the 11th. Although no abnormalities were found in his bones or ligaments, it was expected that it would take 1-2 weeks for his return to work due to the pain remaining.
It was expected to return from back-to-back weekends on the 18th and 19th at the earliest, but Choi Jun-yong is still in pain. As a result, it is unclear whether or not to play in the KGC match as well as the away game against Jeonju KCC on the 23rd.
An SK official commented on Choi Jun-yong, “He is still only shooting lightly. When he wakes up in the morning, the pain returns and he doesn’t think he should overdo it. In order for him to compete before KCC, he must be able to digest the training he will be running from today, but he is not at that level yet.”
Accordingly, Choi Jun-yong’s comeback is expected to be in March. SK participated in the 2023 East Asian Super League held in Utsunomiya, Japan after the KCC game on the 23rd, and there is no regular league game for the time being. The first game after returning from the East Asian Super League is a home game against Suwon KT on March 8th. He may play in the East Asian Super League, but it is highly likely that Choi Jun-yong’s return match in the regular league will be against KT.
Meanwhile, SK recorded 26 wins and 17 losses, and is tied for third place with Ulsan Hyundai Mobis. With 11 games left until the end of the regular league, the ride with second-place Changwon LG, which is given direct playoffs to the quarterfinals, is two games. In the last 4 games where Choi Jun-yong was away, they recorded 3 wins and 1 loss.
