Brutal PSG change manager again…Galtier suspended after season finale

PSG set to sack Galtier.

Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) are set to sack coach Christophe Galtier after the end of the season, according to local reports.

Galtier took over from Mauricio Pochettino last summer when he was sacked by the French giants. He led the club to the Ligue 1 title this season, regardless of the outcome of the final game. PSG play their final game of the season against Clermont on 4 April (ET) and are already four points clear of second-placed Reims with 85 points.

But the club doesn’t seem to be resting on its laurels. Even this season, when expectations were high, they suffered an early exit in the Champions League round of 16. They lost to Marseille in the Coupe de France, and they’ve barely managed to beat Reims with a squad that should have won the league by a landslide.

French outlet L’Equipe is reporting that PSG have decided to sack Galtier after his final match against Clermont. The publication claims that the decision has been approved by the highest levels of the PSG hierarchy and that Galtier will leave the club after just one season in charge.먹튀검증

Galtier took charge of 49 games in all competitions this season, winning 34, drawing six and losing nine.

PSG are reportedly still dreaming of bringing in former Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane as their new boss. AS Roma boss Jose Mourinho has also been mentioned as a possible candidate. Former Spain international Luis Enrique is also reportedly in the running.

PSG, who have just parted ways with superstar Lionel Messi, are also in the market for Neymar. In the meantime, the club is set to change managers again after just one season.
